The Modular Retail Units Project was implemented following the 2023 earthquakes to support the rapid recovery of local economies in affected regions. Developed by Nuriş Prefabrik, the project provided modern modular retail units that enabled small businesses and local merchants to reopen their operations in a short period of time.

As part of the project, 800 modular retail units were manufactured and delivered to earthquake-affected areas using Nuriş Prefabrik’s advanced production capabilities. Designed with durable steel structures, insulated sandwich panel systems, and functional interior layouts, the units offer safe, comfortable, and long-lasting commercial spaces.

The modular construction approach allowed for fast production, transportation, and installation, significantly reducing recovery time while providing flexible retail environments suitable for both temporary and long-term use. The project played an important role in helping local communities restore commercial activities and economic stability after the disaster.
