Hybrid Structural Steel & Light Steel Technology
For multi-story buildings and projects requiring large clear spans, we also provide Hybrid Structural Steel Systems, combining heavy structural steel frames with light steel wall systems.
While the structural steel frame provides maximum load-bearing capacity and stability, the lightweight wall assemblies reduce the overall building weight and improve seismic performance. Compared to conventional reinforced concrete construction, hybrid systems offer a faster, more economical, and highly efficient solution for large-scale engineering projects.
Prismatic steel buildings are constructed using uniform hot-rolled or custom-engineered structural steel sections such as I, H, U, and box profiles. These buildings represent the highest level of engineering performance within the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) concept.

What is a pre-engineered building (PEB)?
PEB is a steel building system in which tapered columns and rafters are engineered in advance according to span and load. In wide-span factories, warehouses and hangars it is the solution that uses material most efficiently.
What span can a steel structure achieve?
It depends on the system; pre-engineered frames can achieve wide clear spans without intermediate support. As the span grows, sections and cost rise, which is why span and column layout are optimised together in warehouses and production facilities.
Is steel structure fire resistant?
Steel does not burn but loses strength at high temperature. Fire resistance is provided by an applied protection layer — paint, spray or board — selected according to the occupancy class of the building.
How much faster is erection than concrete?
Because most fabrication is completed in the factory, site time is noticeably shorter and formwork and concrete curing periods disappear. The exact saving depends on project size and site conditions.
