Three-Stage Integrated Crisis Response Strategy
Having extensive experience in domestic and international disaster relief operations, we understand the logistical challenges, equipment requirements, and time-sensitive nature of emergency response. Our integrated strategy consists of three phases:
Stage 1 – Volumetric (Ready-to-Use) Rapid Response Units
Immediately after a disaster, when cranes, installation crews, and infrastructure are still limited, we dispatch fully assembled volumetric modular units directly from our factories. Emergency shelters, command offices, field kitchens, dining facilities, and sanitary units become operational immediately upon delivery without requiring on-site assembly.
Stage 2 – Flat-Pack (Demountable) Mass Deployment
Once logistics and installation infrastructure are stabilized, we begin the large-scale deployment of our Flat-Pack container systems. Their compact shipping format maximizes transportation efficiency, allowing up to ten accommodation units to be transported on a single truck and enabling rapid construction of temporary shelter settlements.
Stage 3 – Permanent Housing & Community Infrastructure
Following the emergency response phase, we begin developing permanent residential communities and public infrastructure to support the long-term recovery of affected regions. Although they can be rapidly deployed as temporary emergency shelters, their galvanized steel structures, factory-coated sandwich panels, and fire-resistant flooring technologies make them permanent residential buildings capable of providing reliable service for decades.

How quickly can emergency housing be installed?
Speed is governed by stock and logistics rather than production. Flat-pack units ship in large numbers per truck, so despatch is fast; the real time on site goes into ground preparation and utility connections. In disaster planning, stock holding and transport routes matter more than manufacturing capacity.
How long can temporary shelter units be used?
It depends on the type. Flat-pack containers and prefabricated units can be used for years; ground preparation, drainage and regular maintenance determine their life. If long use is expected, insulation and services should be specified to permanent standards from the outset.
Can social facilities be built in the same settlement?
Yes. Kitchens, canteens, showers and WCs, clinics, schools and administrative units are produced with the same modular system as the shelters. What makes a settlement liveable is not the number of housing units but the proportion of these facilities.
Do the units get too cold or too hot?
Not when insulation is specified correctly. In cold regions panel thickness and double glazing are decisive; in hot regions roof ventilation and shading are. The most common mistake in emergency housing is shipping a single unit type to every climate.
