The Düzce TOKİ Housing Project is a comprehensive residential development carried out under the supervision of the Housing Development Administration of Türkiye (TOKİ) with the objective of creating modern living spaces for the region. Constructed by Nuriş Prefabrik, the project includes numerous residential units and commercial spaces located in Yeni Mahalle and Yongalık Neighborhood.

The project comprises the construction of 81 residential units and 4 commercial units in Yeni Mahalle, together with 109 residential units and 4 commercial units in Yongalık Neighborhood, totaling 190 residential units and 8 commercial units. All infrastructure, superstructure, and landscaping works are being executed with meticulous attention to engineering standards and sustainable construction principles.

Designed in accordance with modern urban planning concepts, the project features functional living spaces and a well-organized site layout. In addition to residential buildings, the inclusion of commercial units contributes to the social and economic development of the region.
