The İzmir Menemen Student Dormitory Project is a major educational development initiated through a public tender organized by the Governorship of İzmir. Designed to provide students with modern, comfortable, and sustainable living spaces, the project is being delivered by Nuriş Prefabrik to meet the region’s growing accommodation needs with advanced engineering and high-quality construction solutions.

Currently under construction, the project will accommodate 1,500 students upon completion. In addition to the residential buildings, extensive landscaping and environmentally conscious infrastructure works are being carried out to create a sustainable campus environment.
