The İzmir Urla Student Dormitory Project was successfully completed as part of a public tender organized by AFAD, delivering a comprehensive student accommodation complex designed to meet the growing demand for modern residential facilities. Built by Nuriş Prefabrik, the project stands out with its contemporary architectural approach, rapid construction process, and high-quality engineering solutions.

Designed to accommodate 1,000 students, the development consists of five student dormitory blocks, one social and administrative building, and one security building. Covering 13,000 m² of enclosed space and 20,000 m² of landscaped outdoor areas, the project was carefully planned to provide students with a safe, comfortable, and functional living environment.

Construction was carried out by a team of approximately 350 specialists working in continuous day and night shifts, allowing the project to be completed and delivered in just 60 days. This outstanding achievement reflects efficient project management, strong organizational capabilities, and Nuriş Prefabrik’s high-capacity manufacturing expertise.

The buildings were designed with modern architecture, functional interior layouts, and extensive landscaping to create a sustainable campus environment that enhances both comfort and quality of life.
