3. Logistics & Installation
Once production is completed, all building components are safely transported to the project site and installed by our experienced technical teams. We ensure fast, efficient, and reliable project delivery while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Nuriş Prefabrik carries out all manufacturing operations at its modern integrated production facilities located in Ankara Başkent Organized Industrial Zone, covering a total area of 52,589 m², including 35,532 m² of enclosed manufacturing space. Our facilities feature advanced machinery for sheet metal processing, including CNC press brakes, guillotine shears, heavy steel fabrication equipment, and coil processing systems, enabling high-precision manufacturing for projects of every scale.
Our advanced computer-controlled CNC roll-forming lines accurately process high-strength galvanized steel coils with thicknesses of up to 3 mm, meeting demanding structural engineering requirements with exceptional precision. The integrated production complex also includes overhead cranes, hydraulic and eccentric presses, curing ovens, wet and electrostatic powder coating systems, and modern panel press machines, ensuring consistent quality throughout every manufacturing stage.
Together with the fully automated NP Panel Sandwich Panel Manufacturing Plant, one of our group companies, we continue to expand our production capacity while delivering greater flexibility, faster lead times, and superior modular construction solutions for projects worldwide.
