At Nuriş Prefabrik, we continue to make steady progress on the “Construction of 81 Residential Units and 4 Commercial Units in Yeni Mahalle, Gümüşova District, and 109 Residential Units and 4 Commercial Units in Yongalık Village, including Infrastructure and Landscaping Works” project, which is being carried out under the supervision of the Housing Development Administration of Türkiye (TOKİ).
As part of the project, our construction site was visited by the Governor of Düzce, Mr. Selçuk Aslan, who conducted an on-site inspection of the ongoing works.
The visit was also attended by Düzce Provincial AFAD Director Mr. Ahmet Güngör and Nuriş Prefabrik Chairman of the Board, Mr. Oğuzhan Turan.
During the visit, comprehensive information was presented to the Governor regarding the project’s current progress, construction activities, and implementation schedule. Discussions focused on the ongoing works, project milestones, and the commitment to delivering a high-quality residential development for the local community.
